After Surgery
Post-Operative Patient Information
After surgery, it is completely normal to feel tired or weak once you return home.
Your body needs time to recover, so don’t lose motivation — healing is a gradual process.
Try to move as soon as your doctor allows, as gentle activity improves blood circulation, speeds up wound healing, and helps your muscles regain their strength.
Use this recovery period as an opportunity for a fresh start — eat healthy, take short walks, and if you smoke, this is the perfect time to quit.
