My experience with Dr. Berra and Anew Clinic was outstanding. Dr. Berra’s approach is incredibly calming, and her expertise is evident in every interaction. She truly knows what she’s doing, making you feel at ease and well-cared for throughout your treatment. There was abit of a wait at the airport for the driver but Istanbul is a super busy place with loads of traffic.
Zenab meet me at the hospital and I got some blood tests. Then back to the hotel.
The next day we visited her Sister at her clinic who is also the surgeon. I felt very comfortable talking about my surgery and being examined. It was the first time I actually felt listened to when it came to female issues in the 29 years since I gave birth to my Son.
Later we went to the hospital where I had my surgery.
When I came round from surgery I was in abit pain but nothing too much and was soon given pain relief. I was checked on during the night a few times. The next day I went back to my hotel.
The next day I had another examination to check all was well and was prescribed some medications which Zenab collected for me.
The next day I went home. I was checked on via WhatsApp whilst in the hotel. I found both the surgeon and her Sister easy to get on with and listened to. It was my best experience of having surgery abroad.

I wanted to leave some feedback about my positive experience at A New Clinic. From my initial consultations to the care I received during and after my procedure from Dr. Evren, I was very impressed. The staff, especially Zeynep and Lore, were also friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs throughout my time there. Extra touches like Dr. Berra arranging for a hairdresser to wash my hair while I was in the hospital exemplified the thoughtful care I received. I am now 6 weeks post-operation and continuing to recover well. After researching many options, I am so glad I chose your clinic. Thank you Dr. Berra, Dr. Evren, Zeynep, Lore, and everyone else at A New Clinic for your excellent care.
