2. Mid-Face Rejuvenation

Mid-face rejuvenation targets the lower eyelids, cheeks, and cheekbones to restore volume and contour. Common techniques include:

• Lower eyelid surgery (lower blepharoplasty) – removes excess skin and fat under the eyes for a refreshed look

• Endoscopic mid-face lift – lifts the cheeks and soft tissues to restore youthful contours

• Transconjunctival or lower eyelid mid-face lift – performed through the lower eyelid to minimize visible scars

This approach improves facial harmony by enhancing the prominence of the cheeks and softening under-eye hollows.
